This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from WINboard Australia.
Warranty for our boards is 6 months from date of purchase.
The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the Law says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.
Under the Law, these Consumer Guarantees cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of “acceptable quality” and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Consumer Guarantees have no set time limit but generally last for an amount of time that is reasonable to expect given factors including the cost and quality of the product or any representations made.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, WINboard Australia will replace parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. All the customer has to pay is shipping.
What will we do to correct problems?
WINboard Australia will send either new or refurbished replacement parts for the customer with instructions for them to complete the repair themselves.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from WINboard Australia is 6 months from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
– Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
– Over charging (plugged in for 8+ hours).
– Opening skateboard inside or DIY it without any permission from WINboard Australia.
– Riding skateboard in water or riding under raining weather causing PCB motherboard or motor issues.
– Over weight loading lbs causing battery issues. We recommend rider weight below 100kg.
– Continuous riding at top speed with low battery.
– Uphill with low battery power or longer than 5 mintues causing battery or motor issues.
– Extended climbing hills causing motor and PCB issues.
– Extended riding with max speed without any stopping causing PCB and motor wheels issues.
– Unreasonable riding method and operation or abuse.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us though the contact page or phone to determine the problem and the most
appropriate solution for you.
We have strict quality inspections before delivering it to your front door.
However, due to any quality problems caused by transportation/force movements or any missing parts, we will provide the damaged parts and missed parts free of charge including the freight cost.
After-sales problems during the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts untill you fixed your board, but the freight cost will be paid by customers.
We will have professionals here to stand by in order to help you with any troubles relating to the board.
All requests made from our valuable customers will be answered within 24 hours and will not hesitate to give you full support.

We do not offer returns for change of mind, unwanted gifts or other unreasonable circumstances. Refunds are only offered as a last resort. If you have any issues, please contact us first so we can diagnose the issue. Replacement parts or service will be offered before any refund is considered.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery (based on your order’s tracking number), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a maximum return, your WINboard must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have used your WINboard electric skateboard, returns are subject to deductions based on the condition of the board.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the original shipping label.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval, rejection or deductions of your refund. All returns will be subject to a $100 restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund total.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days depending on the card issuer and bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact to begin this process.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should first contact.
Once you receive the okay from us to ship your return we will arrange a courier to pick up the item. It is up to you to make sure you are available at the time for the item to be picked up and labelled correctly. Failure to do so will incur additional freight charges.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
